1 pack gyro brats (6 brats)

1 pack lamb brats (6 brats)

1 leg of lamb 

3 lbs.  ground lamb (1 lb packages)

1 pack shoulder steaks 

1 rack of lamb 

1 lamb shanks 

Brats for a quick delicious meal, a leg of lamb for a slow Sunday roast, and rack of lamb for a special night. This introductory variety of cuts is an easy way to try cooking lamb at home!

Each bundle is ~12 lbs. of meat.
